All you need to access the HIT BODIES workouts is a electronic device that can connect to the internet. The rise and shine 20 minute workout series will be LIVE Mon-Fri at 5am exclusively on our private facebook page. 

Once you sign up you will be given FULL access to the website and facebook group. They are both filled with loaded information on how to stick to your workout schedules as well as nutritional ideas and guidance to maximize your results.
