I started with Hitbodies 2 years ago with the sweats to swimsuit challenge and while living in Japan it was hard to keep myself accountable being so far away. So I was off and on with working out along with my nutrition. We finally moved back to the United States after living in Okinawa Japan and that move took a toll on me. We were building a house and living in a camper. If you have ever gone camping, you then know your eating is not always on point. This picture on the right was from July 2021. I finally said enough was enough and I put my workouts and nutrition first. I have joined every live workout since January 3, 2022 along with staying on track with more intentional eating! I have lost 23 pounds and several inches and have gone down a pant size. I can thank hitbodies and especially Chelsey Pleasant and Jenn Starling and the amazing community to help hold me accountable these last several months! I feel AMAZING in my own skin again ๐Ÿ’• I wonโ€™t stop here!! This is only the beginning!!
