Jenn Ernsberger has been a fitness instructor for almost 15 years which includes her time as a master trainer for Beachbody. Her background is in pre-choreographed workout classes that emphasize on having fun and building strength. Jenn's specialty is not only delivering a high energy workout, but also uplifting her students with motivational mantras and insights to help create a long term desire to continue a healthy lifestyle.
Whenever you take a class with Jenn in person or virtually you will walk away sweaty, happy, and inspired.
Each workout is 30-40 mins and will challenge your stamina, coordination, flexibility/balance, and strength.
These workouts will help improve brain function by stimulating the parts of the brain responsible for memory/learning and improving cognitive ability.
The only equipment needed for this workout series are dumbbells, loop bands, and the desire for change!

Fri- Dynamic Stretch & Strength
